This wasn’t the first Barbara Kingsolver novel I had intended to read, but it was quite good. It’s about identity and place and how we choose to live our lives. Nothing flashy, just fine story telling.

Hooray for cool Carl Zimmer sience books. This one is fun. I still think Parasite Rex is even cooler, but this one is much less likely to give you nightmares.
